Posted by ben on 22nd October , 2009Hi all, just on my way be to Brisbane after a mad morning doing the 9am show with Larry and Kylie (looking great after DWTS) cooked up a storm doing the Bug and Fig skewers from my book. Tried your snowy morrison hot smoked salmon on the weekend when I brought a whole 3.5 kg salmon!!! Thank you for sharing the great recipe, it tastes great (even though I used wisky instead of rum and oven grilled over low heat =P)

Just wanted to say thankyou for sharing your recipes. I have found some celebrity chefs just don’t want to share their recipes….Your recipes are easy to follow, ingredients easy to get. Can’t wait for the kids to make the white chocolate pannacotta for me.
