While my food style embraces Australian produce with an international cultural twist, my Wine Selectors Chef Series Pinot Gris and Shiraz, reflect both my laidback approach and lust for life!

The Wine Selectors Chef Series is the result of collaboration between myself and premium Australian wine producers to bring you a two very special wines designed specifically to match with my style of cuisine.

Wine Selectors and I worked together to harmonise two of my signature dishes with the wine and create what we believe is a series of wines that will add much to the growing Australian gastronomic palate.

Ben O’Donoghue Pinot Gris 2011 – $29.50/bottle ($25.10 in any six)

Reflecting Ben O’Donoghue’s laidback style, this Mornington Peninsula Pinot Gris doesn’t overpower but being moreish and savoury, it’s the perfect food wine.

Ben O’Donoghue Shiraz 2011 – $32/bottle ($27.10 in any six)

Hunter Shiraz is renowned for its elegance and medium weight, making it the perfect complement for Ben O’Donoghue’s food.
